Proform Strength and Conditioning was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing elite physical fitness services to local athletes. Our certified strength trainers have experience working with a variety of different athletes and teams, so you can count on us to help you optimize your time in the gym. All Athletes are different, which is why we take the time to develop individualized programs for all of our clients. We will discuss your objectives and assess your current fitness level before using our expertise to create an ideal training schedule for your needs.

Coach Jay Smith is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a corrective exercise specialist. With over 8 years of experience working with competitive athletes at both high school and college levels, you can always expect an informed approach to your training.

Jay has been working as a strength coach since 2013 specializing in working with Middle School, High School, and College athletes across multiple sports and skill levels. Functional strength, speed and agility training, injury prevention, as well as injury rehab have been the focus of his career so far.

In addition to coaching individuals and small groups, Jay works with several teams with the goal of bringing professional speed and agility training to team practices, as well as helping teams reduce the risk of sport related injury.
