ProForm Strength and conditioning provides personal training for individuals of all abilities. From gaining muscle to general health and well being, we can help, at home, or at the gym. 

ProForm strength and conditioning works with individuals of all abilities. Wether you're looking to get stronger, improve your general health and well being, or just feel better in general we can help.

We work with all athletes, across all sports and all ages. We focus on Strength, Speed, Agility, and Overall Conditioning as well as helping reduce the risk of sport related injuries

Athletes

Training as a team is the best way to build camaraderie, and learn to work together as well as push each other to be the best you can be. ProForm will help you get strong in the offseason, faster and more explosive in the preseason, and stay that way in season.

Teams

If scheduling is tough for you, or you just cant get to us in person, we will write you a program that you can follow online and complete on your own time. 

If you have a busy schedule, or just cant get to us in person you can take advantage of our online training. Follow the program on the app, and  get weekly check ins, you can work out on your own time in, your own space.

I can truly say that without the coaching and constant support of Jay, I would not be the same athlete I am today. He has played an immense role in my development as a Division 1 lacrosse player and has instilled in me the importance of hard work, dedication, and commitment to the process. More importantly, I have never met someone who cares more about their athletes than Jay. Even when I am all the way across the country, I can still count on him to be my biggest supporter.

I have worked with Jay since I was in middle school and I’m so incredibly glad I did! Through speed and agility work, conditioning, and weight lifting, Jay tailors all of our workouts to my specific goals. Without him, there is no way that I would be the athlete I am today, let alone playing college lacrosse!
